Who We Are
PLEDGE RESIDENTIAL CARE provides in-home care and support services under a Home and Community-Based Waiver for adults with intellectual disability, mental health, and physical disabilities who meet institutional levels of care and choose to live in the community. Our support services are designed to maximize the opportunity to achieve the greatest degree of self-sufficiency and independence chosen by our members.
Mission Statement
PLEDGE RESIDENTIAL CARE serves people with IDD/ASD, Section 21 and Section 29, providing a safe and conflict-free environment for people with IDD/ASD.
- We advocate for individuals to achieve their day-to-day goals in an integrated community setting.
- We care about the future of individuals by helping connect them to community resources.
- We seek to enhance collaboration among clients and their families with DHHS and with our agency.
- We promote the quality of services by ensuring clients’ needs and rights are voiced, represented, and integrated through Person-Centered Planning.
- Our DSPs provide valuable life skills development as part of the Individual Plan of Care.
